Welcome to Color Lounge by Shelby, a private salon suite in Tyler, Texas specializing in dimensional color, blonding, and hand-tied extensions. I’m Shelby Clark. In a comfortable, one-on-one setting, we’ll create a plan around your hair goals, personal style, and maintenance preferences—from soft, lived-in brightness to added length and fullness. NOT SURE WHAT TO BOOK? Color Consultation Discuss your desired color, hair history, and maintenance preferences with Shelby before choosing your color or blonding appointment. Consultation only; color services are booked separately. Extension Consultation Explore hand-tied extensions, discuss your goals for length and fullness, and review maintenance expectations. Browse the portfolio for inspiration, or ask our receptionist for help choosing a service. CONSULTATION FEES & SERVICE CREDITS Color and Extension Consultations are $25 each for 30 minutes. The fee is collected at the end of your consultation and waived if you book the related service during your consultation. If Shelby cannot offer an appropriate service, the fee is also waived. If you book afterward, your paid consultation fee is credited toward the related service agreed with Shelby when booked within one calendar month of the consultation. The booking deadline is the same date in the following month, through the end of that day; if that date does not exist, the deadline is the last day of that month. Your service can take place after the deadline. Each paid consultation credit applies once toward the related service, excluding hair purchases, retail and tips. A waived consultation does not create an additional credit. Rescheduling the same planned service preserves the credit. If you cancel without rebooking, the original deadline remains. Existing cancellation policies continue to apply. We do not retroactively charge a waived consultation fee if you cancel the service. Consultations already booked as free retain their original terms. BOOKING HELP For help choosing a service or booking an appointment, call or text our AI receptionist at (833) 602-9755. BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT Please review the Cancellation Policy section below before booking, including the No-Child Appointment Policy. I appreciate it if you can bring cash for your appointments, as card payments will include a 3.5% convenience fee. I no longer accept Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, etc. There’s a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals, but if you’re later than that, your service might be adjusted, or your appointment could be canceled. I understand that life happens, so if you think you might be late, please contact me as soon as possible so I can try to accommodate you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You are agreeing to these terms when booking with me. While I understand last minute situations happen, it’s required and appreciated that you reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before appointment date. Failure to do so will result in a 30% cancelation fee. Please cancel or reschedule before the 48h mark to avoid cancellation charge. No-Child Appointment Policy For safety, focus, and professionalism, children under the age of 12 are not permitted at appointments. If a child under 12 arrives with you, a $100 additional fee per child will be applied. If you do not accept this fee, your appointment will be canceled on the spot, and the standard 30% cancellation fee will be charged. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
